It’s going to be a busy evening, unless the snow becomes an issue.
There are several games I’m keeping an eye on, starting with Scarsdale, which is playing another good team from across the border. Don’t underestimate the impact of yesterday’s win over West Haven. The Raiders know they can score. Now they are finding out the goalies can stand up to quality competition. It will be interesting to see how Greeley comes out against Rye. It’s crunch time for the Quakers who are way too inconsistent to make a deep run in the postseason. White Plains is also looking at a must-win situation. The confidence has to be down right now, and forget the record, Mamaroneck is a talented team.
I’m heading back across the bridge to see how North Rockland is holding up. Somers/North Salem is a team that needs to be on the radar of every contender in Division II. It should be a good matchup. Follow me @LohudHockey for updates.
