Ignore those flakes that are falling, the roads are fine, and we have a couple of really good matchups to see.
North Rockland and Scarsdale are both going to be targeting Suffern when the playoffs begin next month, and they meet at E.J. Murray this evening. The Raiders need to button up a few things defensively, but we know they can score goals. The Red Raiders are going to be short-handed, but do not underestimate their skill level based on some comments that appeared on the blog.
I’m going to Hommocks to check in on Pelham and Mamaroneck, a pair of traditional powers heading in opposite directions. The Pelicans seem to be dialed in offensively, getting five on White Plains is no easy task. The Tigers have dropped four in a row and need to make it a low-scoring affair to have a chance.
You can follow me @LohudHockey for updates.
I will pass along the scores that I come across, including updates from Suffern’s game upstate against Potsdam, which is off to a 3-4 start.
By the way, if you missed last night’s live chat, you can open the post and replay the whole thing. It’s like using a DVR, you can scroll through and find what you like.
