I’m thinking White Plains and ETB is a good place to see a couple of kids who are going to make a big impact over the coming seasons. Both have some impressive young players. New Rochelle has another game it should win, but could lose if the intensity drops. So far the Huguenots are doing a good job of showing up for those kinds of games. I believe Suffern wins the Conference 4 title if it beats Pearl River. Yawn.

Huge game for suffern tonight. Winning the rockland division is a great accomplishment. I hear if they win, they’ll cancel school at suffern and hold a parade down Main Street.

chaminade/st.anthony are battling for 1/2….iona/fordham are battling for 3/4
iona is 3 seed, fordham is 4 seed…those are locks
st.anthony is 2 points ahead of chaminade with 1 game left (a likely W against st.joe)...chaminade has 3 games left (iona, fordham, st.mary…all likely Ws)

Once again, we don’t care about a Long Island Catholic schools whose best players don’t show up until the playoffs – only reason for locals like Step & IP to play CHSHL is because of football & basketball…they would be much better off if they could play Sec 1 for Hky & Lax…but it does not work that way.
BTW – JFK is making a large & very costly mistake – travel will become crazy for them

As stated by Sect 1, Pearl River’s goalie was absolutely brilliant last night. He put on quite a show and motivated his team to play an inspired game for 2+ periods. Pearl River and Suffern fans alike appreciated the performance.

As old School Mountie put it perfectly, Pearl River’s Goalie was brilliant and both Suffern and Pearl River Fans enjoyed his Performance. He almost stole one for the Pirates.
