We’ve gotten more snow today in Brewster than we got during the Blizzard of 2K10 last week so watch yourself on the roads if you are heading this way to watch.
I know the Old Tappan vs. North Rockland and Monroe-Woodbury vs. Suffern games were both canceled. We’ll be posting other postponements if the snow keeps falling. So check back. Suffern will not be making up the game, and will finish the season with 19.
Update (12:07 p.m.) Cross off Kennedy/Putnam Valley vs. Brewster, it’s a league game that will determine the Bears’ postseason fate so they will make it up. Details are coming, but plan for it to be played tomorrow or Thursday.
Update (12:22 p.m.) There goes John Jay vs. Newburgh. No makeup date yet. John Jay could squeeze in a game on Thursday.
Update (12:48 p.m.) North Rockland is not going to reschedule Old Tappan, which actually canceled the game earlier in the week. It seems the New Jersey school did not plan on making the playoffs, but got hot late in the season and would’ve exceeded the mandated number of games by playing the Red Raiders.
North Rockland has gotten some games to fill in the blanks, and will play Newburgh at Ice Time on Wednesday at 3:15 p.m. and Mount Pleasant at Sport-O-Rama on Thursday at 11 a.m.
Update (1:41 p.m.) Kennedy/Putnam Valley will be playing Brewster on Wednesday at 4:10 p.m.
New Rochelle 11, Clarkstown South 0
Lakeland/Panas 5, Yorktown 2
